A man is more predisposed to physical abuse.
A woman is more predisposed to psychological abuse.
One will more easily strike physically.
The other will more easily strike psychologically.
In both cases, permanent damage can occur.
One — physical.
The other — psychological.
Often we think that if we do not strike physically, but strike with words, then:
“we are better”,
“more eloquent”,
“we commit a lesser evil”.
A blow is a blow.
Causing harm is causing harm.
The techniques are different.
The traces can be different.
But in both cases it ends with damage to another human being.
The difference in tool or method does not make violence more civilized, intelligent, or less real.
